I am looking for more information on the 31st Texas Cavalry, Morton's Regiment. I checked the soldiers/sailor's website but it wasn't listed. Also, was it part of the 32nd Regiment, Texas Cavalry (Crump's Battalion, Mounted Volunteers or the 22nd Regiment, Texas Cavalry (1st Indian-Texas Regiment), or were these different units?

Marion Cobb rode with the 31st TX Cavalry, Morton's Regt. His middle name was Thomas. I found a Thomas Cobb who rode with the 32nd and a T. M. Cobb who rode with the 22nd. I am wondering if these were all the same man or different men?
