I think I have found death data on your "Frank D. Baskett, d-1894 Iowa" who was in Bourland's Regt as well as Fitzhugh's 16th Cavalry. He is mentioned in STIRPES, published by the Texas State Genealogical Society, Volume III, Number 2, June 1963 issue, pages 46 and 47 lists Fitzhugh's 16th TX Cavalry, Company I that can be found on this web page.
