Yes, Gurley's 30th TX Cavalry is mentioned on six pages of my 1,046-page book (two volumes in one big book). Volume I is composed of my transcription of THE BOURLAND PAPERS (3 reels of microfilm from the Library of Congress) that had never been studied, interpreted, and indexed. And yes, I am the first to unearth several major contributions to Texas and Southern Indian Territory history.

Yes, I have books for sale and will spend the rest of my life - I was born 1942 - studying the last 1-1/2 year of the War in the North and West Frontier. My next edition should be out this summer.
