Green Morgan (1844-1862),Trinity Co.

I am a UDC member and a DAR registrar trying to help a retired doctor learn more about his relative, Green Morgan, who died at the Battle of the Wilderness in 1862. Green was 16 on the 1860 census of Trinity, Co., TX with his parents, James and Isabella Morgan.

http://www.civilwar.nps.gov/cwss/soldiers.cfm shows he was a private in the 1st TX Infantry, Company M. So sad to die at 18.

Thanks for any info or help.
