**This company subsequently became Company I, 15th Regiment Texas Infantry

The regiment fought at Murfreesboro, TN 11/31/62; Atlanta, 7/22/63; unknown place on 8/12/64; Jonesboro, Ga, 9/1/64; and Franklin, Tn on 11/30/1864; and perhaps others
