My gg grandfather James G. Wells was born abt. 1837 in Tennessee, married Nancy A. in Tennessee, and was still in Tennessee at the time of war. I found them in Denton TX in 1900, in Denton TX his daughter Winnie V. married a Nobles in 1905. He was a confederate and may have drawn a pension, but I can't figure how to determine when I've found the correct James G. Wells. Any help locating his info is appreciated. Thanks.
