I am in research of family history. This Captain James Mangum is of my family history. Although I don't know where he fits in yet. I am of the Main Mangum Lineage (MML). Was this Captain Mangum brother of Absolem Mangum? Or was he the son or brother of other Mangum's. Alexandria, Louisana caught my attention seeing my son was born there in 1987. Any info you can give me on this one person would be appreciated.
