Agreed. Except I don't think Hindman's 'demotion' was due to Pike's complaints but instead due to complaints in Arkansas. I realized there are postings missing from this old thread so it's hard to follow what is being replied to. I was compelled some time back to remove the posts of a particular individual -- the only time Jim or I have done so with the rare exception of an occasional post where we ask the writer to re-word an improper post (e.g., personal attacks on another participant).
