Wiley Robbins [W Robin-W Robins] 7th texas Mounted

My Great Great Grandfather Wiley Robbins[W. Robin-W Robins] [Walker County Texas]1835-1886. served in the 7th Texas Mounted Volunteers 7th Regiment Co. G, also known as 7th Texas Mounted Malitia, also known as 7th Texas Mounted Rifles fron 1862 pvt-1865 1st Lt. . Wiley served with Sibley's Regiment Army of New Mexico, under William Steele and Tom Green at 2nd battle of Galveston Texas. Went to the Trans Mississippi Department under Green [KIA] then under William Steele. Rode under Terrells Unit. Wiley is mentioned by name in "Rebels on the Rio Grande". If any one has seen mention of Wiley elsewhere plese let me know. I am constructing a time line of his service and need input on any source of Tom Greens papers or dispatches also William Steele's papers or dispatches1862-1865. This will be compiled into a history of Wiley's service to Texas. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks J. Robbins Houston Texas
