Looks like a document where he was brought into service.
like an enlistment document. No date, but feel it was sometime in 1864.
Reason, is he joined in early part of war, at some [point he paid someone to go in
his place, then he was conscripted back into war in 1864 and was in
various places in Texas. Died at Hempstead, Tx hospital 2-1865.

I've seen other same such documents with lots of numbers.
Just wondering what the numbers might have meant.
