My gg grandfather Albert P. Davis enlisted as a Private in the 29th Regiment, Texas Cavalry (DeMorse's), Company F and was killed in action. He was living in Clarksville, Red River Co., Texas, at the time.

My question is, how can I find out where, when, and what battle he was killed in, and any other information?
