One of my Great, Great, Grandfathers, Elzie H Barbee enlisted in Company H of the 30th Regiment, Texas Calvary (Gurley's) (1st Texas Partisan Rangers) as a Private. This I found under U S Civil War Soldiers, 1861-1865. I have not been able to find out anything else about his time in the service (in and out dates, battles fought in, where served, etc.). Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
