Wyatt Harman - 18th Texas Cavalry, Company E

I am researching the Harman branch of my family. Wyatt Harman was my great, great-grandmother's brother. On the Guion Miller applications, she and another brother both list Wyatt as killed in the Battle of Shiloh. I do not see that the 18th Texas Cavalry participated in Shiloh. Also, on military service records found for Wyatt on Fold3, it shows he is still alive and was a POW at Camp Douglas. My question is did the 18th Texas participate in Shiloh? I looked on the Camp Douglas website and it does not list Wyatt as having died while there. Is there other websites that list battles fought by the 18th Texas that might list those individuals that were killed in battle? Thank you for your help.
