If you look at the card that has the Phillips N "_" at the top and below the Phillips N B.
Compare the "P" in both Phillips to the middle initial in the top name. Someone in our group spotted that that letter looks like it could be a "T" and after I have researched cursive for that era the top name looks to have a tail similar to a "T". If it's supposed to be a "P" it sure is different that the other two.
Also on one of the cards there is a "Tex" which had a tail similar to the middle initial but the tops are different.

T, B and P are all similar sounding so maybe a error/misunderstanding?
