There is some indication he died in 1863, however, I cannot confirm it.

Mrs. E. C. Ball of Paris Texas writes her brother Calvin W Seale enlisted at Booneville, Brazos Co., Texas 1862 in the 15th Texas Infantry as a Private. She does not know what became of him. Wants to have his grave marked by the Memorial Commission
