William Edward Rosser??

I really need this fellows' CSA service record. It is said that he destroyed a bridge as ordered by his commander, but I can't find who he was serving under in 1863. Thanks for posting what CSA units he was in during the war. This is what I know about him:

William Edward Rosser (1843-1914) was largely reared and educated in Texas, being quite young when he accompanied his parents from Virginia to that state. He joined the Confederate army at the outbreak of the Civil War and loyally defended the principles in which he believed until the close of hostilities, participating in numerous engagements in Missouri and Arkansas, of which he sustained several wounds. In one of which he sustained severe wounds. While recovering from his injuries he was located in Washington County, Arkansas.
