Patti, Yes, I would like to see those pages. The Deen Station does not ring a bell, and is not mentioned in any other Regimental history that I have. Whitfield was still at battalion size at that point, so I definitely want to see what he is talking about. The 6th and 9th had not activated in August and surely did not see Wilson Creek. The 3rd did and I had thought the 27th did to, so this may help in puting the puzzle together.

As to Deen station, I had not heard of it, but then, I still have problems with the Forts on the north Texas Border. My GGF was there before the 6th activated, part of Throckmorton's Company K of the 3rd TST under Young.
