Searching for the Confederate military records or info regarding my 3rd great-grandfather, Christopher Columbus "Lum" Wright who "enlisted with Magruder's Brigade and was at the battle of Galveston when the port was recaptured." according to the "History of Angelina County". I have not been able to locate any information regarding the men who served in this Brigade. Lum was living in either Trinity or Angelina Co., TX when he enlisted. Any information / help would be most sincerely appreciated.
