I don't have anything on your request. However, I am working on a project relating to the conflict between Magruder and the Texas Supreme Court in the spring and summer of 1864. I have all of the OR material and have been to the National Archives, but if you notice anything relating to this that would add to the story, I would appreciate it. Magruders lawyer in this was Horace Cone, also of Houston.

I am in the awkward position of having something that is too long for an article and too short for a book. The thought is to glean for more material and lengthen rather than edit.
