Greg,I have not found mention of any particular unit at Camp Pleasant(Niblett's Bluff)but it was a rest camp located at the miltary supply deport(Niblett's Bluff)on the military road headed towards Alexanderia,Louisiana and any troops moving towards the east coast. So many different Texas units,headed towards Va.,would have been there at one time or another.
