I have what I beleive may be a authenic texas officers hat badge.I would like some imput from anyone who is knoledgable out there.The badge has a patina and aged look to it.It is about the size if a 5 cent piece,looks to be brass,has a wreath on the outside edge,5 pointed star,Texas letters.The back has a flowing:looks like a large P.On the back it has what looks like a soldered tack or small nail. Can anyone tell me if this sounds like the real mccoy?
