Where was Camp Boluxie?
Camp Biloxi/ Boluxie was mentioned seven (7) times in the archival records as the mustering place of some of Scanland’s Squad, Company A of Wells’ Texas Battalion.

Haimerl of Stover MO: ....Thank you for transcribing these records then being nice enough to share. ..Also, I appreciate your correct use of the apostrophe in “Wells’ Battalion” in lieu of the "style" in periodicals such as TIME that would have used: “Wells’s Battalion” — a fad that will be short lived, I hope.
