The Dallas Morning News, Metro section Tuesday, July 24th 2007. Story, "Digging up questions". There is a large photo of a track hoe digging a 5ft trench at Garvin looking for lost graves. Yes, they did find them some 12 unknown graves, and they think there may be up to thirty more.
The owner wants $900,000.00 for the land.

My wife's GGG Grand parents are the Swor's buried at Garvin, two were in Confederate service.
