Looking for a roster for Capt. John Donelson's company of Texas State Troops which were mustered in for service in the Cortina War along the Rio Grande between Fort Ewell and Fort Brown from February-September 1861. They were involved in the skirmishes at Clareno Ranch and Carrizo.

The state archives supposedly has the original roster but it's so fragile they won't allow researchers handle it, and even have refused to make it available for digital photos.

Anyone have a transcription or other info?
