Thanks so much for your help. This goes along with papers I found of confederate soldiers on another website last night. I am more of an eastern theater guy so can you help me out with Rocky Ford, Mississippi? When was this? Was it a battle or some other action? Any way to find out if John Laughon was taken prisoner? He's listed AWOL on these service records I found.
