Yes, I picked this up online, however, it is a service available at $60 a year. I have not been able to print them.

For the purpose of joining the SCV, I believe you need to produce some portions of his CSR file.

As I pointed out, there are 25 cards in his file which I would suggest you obtain hard copies, if not for the SCV, at least for your own pleasure.
