Mark; We had inlaws here for Christmas and I am way behind on correspondence. Sorry.

I show 20 men from the 14th Iowa at Camp Ford, with four of whom who died here. One was in the October 1864 exchange, and all of the rest save one were in the May 22, 1865 exchange. William Wallace was transferred to Camp Groce and in the 12/12/64 exchange at Galveston.

I have in my notes that I have a copy of a letter from Sgt. Peter Wilson of "G" that gives different spellings on some names. I have lost control of research and will have to do some digging to try to find the letter.
