Gwendolyn; There are only three Harriet Lane priosoners listed at Camp Ford, Frank Burke, Allen Dodd, and Joseph Cummings. I have looked at all possible variants of the name, and it does not show on the list. You are going to have a possible problem of finding logs or records of the vessell, as they would have fallen into CS hands after its capture and probably did not survive the war.

From the dates given, it is an educated guess that he possibly took the oath of allegiance to the CS and stayed in Texas. He does not show in the Soldiers and Sailors system as a confederate.
