It seems to me that over the past couple of years Ancestry.com has taken its subscriber base for granted, and is much less interested in customer relations/customer service than it had been previously. I recall just a few years back I would receive at least a couple of calls each year from a sales rep, offering a new upgrade or introducing a new feature, and offering to address any problems or answer any questions; and this sometimes resulted in another sale for them. Now, it's take it or leave it, and they don't really seem to give a damn which way you decide. Thanks again for your tip.
