Depending on which direction you are coming from, if from Shreveport, take I-49 South to EXIT 155 Ajax-Lake End HWY 174, travel east on HWY 174 for about 3 miles to HWY 1. Take a left on HWY for about 1/4 of a mile to the sign on the right Army Corps of Engineers Lock and Dam #4. Follow the black top to the end of the road. If from Natchitoches then travel north on I-49.
