Of course I may be a bit prejudiced, but I can't see how the mention of the mens names in the appendix could show poor judgement. Whether or not they were directly involved in a skirmish, they are still part of the fort's history.

This is all very interesting........I'm glad I happened on this site. Long-deceased family members had told me that they had visited William's grave in Louisiana. No specifics were given.
