Alan, thanks a ton... Do you think he has a Union file since he signed an Oath?

This man was a scrondal, in the Census he lists 3 different states as his birth place, 1-Ga, 2-Ala 3-Ark, so you see my problem..My hunch is the first on..But who knows..
