I am trying to trace Marion A. Cox in the 18th Cav. Co.E. I read that he was transferred to Capt. W. H. Witt's company in 1862, then reorganzied to the 34th Tx. Cav. Co B.(Well's Regiment) and detached as Quartermaster at Bonham, Tx. I would like to know his units or his personal activities in the War. Thanks for any help.
