The only place I find S.A.G. Novell is in Co. E, Baird's Regmt. Texas Cav. 4th Az Birgade. Listed June 1864 Regmt. return as Pvt Co E, on detached duty to Limestone and Grayson County. This is the only card I have on him. There is one card on S. Novell in the 27th Texas Cav in as Pvt out as 2 Lt. Bill Nolen may have some information on him.
