I am looking for the name of the Company from Texas who served with Forrest at Fort Donleson,TN in February of 1862. According to a source there was only one Company from Texas in Forrest's Original Battalion. Some of the officers in this Company were L.L. Bailey; R.G. Lane; and M.J. Sims. Also there appears to be a Sergeant John L. Jamison. Thx in advance
