williamson selllers 17th texas calvery

Yes, I have a letter in My possession, talking about William Sellers and signed by a W.P. Fears, its says where enlisted, height, color of hair, and things like that, died in the Battle of Mansfield 8 April 1864. It goes on to say that he owes the CSA 6.00 dollars and have duplicate copys of the same letter. My have 2 questions, the first is does this type of letter have a name, and the second question is does anyone know where the burial place would be for these gentleman. thanks
