I. R. C. Hemingway, captain of the Red River Home Guards do certify on oath that the accompanying is a complete list of said Guards that assembled in the Pine Creek Precinct. No. __ of Red River County, that it was organized under the act of Feb. 15, 1858, and that it belongs to the Infantry of Service.
