Grisham; searching for eyeballs in the dirt

Mary Grisham,
.
Since I am a Grisham, I watched this message board thread and realized that your Grisham is not closely related to mine.
.
Many of my Grishams came to Texas and Indian Territory soon after the Civil War. ..They were in Bradley County, Tennessee when the following event occurred.
.
Eyeballs in the dirt. ..CSA General Joseph 'Fightin Joe' Wheeler (b-1836 Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia) happened onto my [Union] Emily Rucker Grisham's porch and asked her to prepare a meal for he and his 200 men, which she did since she was used to preparing meals for 20 or more every day. ..While these Rebels were languishing on her porch, some evidently ventured off and killed a neighbor. ..This story is in an article that I have published in several forums.

GRESHAM ANY WAY YOU SPELL IT. ..In this thread, I did not see my great friend's name, Carol Byrom of Fort Worth, who outlined our Grisham families in the GRESHAM ANY WAY YOU SPELL IT newsletter that she edited for years. Unfortunately, her her info is posted on the Internet today, without credits. ..Yes, our Grisham research stands upon her shoulders.
.
This posting may be slightly off topic, but I feel that Google will find "Grisham" in these web pages and it would be a shame for them not to find more proven Grisham research.
