Please help identify "DeCra & Ney" in the following sentence that Colonel William Cocke Young wrote soon after he returned from Richmond, Virginia. We spent many man hours transcribing Young's letters, so any additions and/or corrections are welcome.

I have this moment rec’d your dispatch by Capt. Hopkins of 10th Inst. I arrived at this place on Sunday last, since then I have been much engaged in mustering Col. W.B. Sims’ Regiment by the order of the Secretary of War date 25th ult. (of which you have Red River [County]). Thus I was ordered to muster my own and the other 3 Regmts entered by you in the Confederate Service and march them accordingly to [CSA] Genl. Ben McCulloch in Missouri. I request the change of the destination of [M.F.] Locke’s & [W.H.] Parson’s Regmt.

McCulloch who has been notified of the error. I have also rec’d word from Genl. McCulloch to march the troops __ Mississippian is that your men have _ _ to send their generals to Missouri. My reports contained missing yesterday 6 companies: Capt. John C. Burke [of Red River Co TX], Capt. John P. Hill [of Titus Co TX], George R. Reeves, Wallice of Bowie [sic, Capt. T.H. Wallis of Bowie Co TX] (Jr. Capt to Sam Maxey), Capt. Wm. C. Twitty, & Capt. James D. Young. These other companies will march today as I report. Capt. [J.M.] Bound’s Company has just been mustered and will stand as needed next, which completes my Report. Some Regiments will march about the last of the week.
