After taking a second look the other posters were correct to I.D. the flag on the left end as the Third National Confederate Flag. It also, looks like the local SCV unit has made this flag and put their unit or name on it. I don't know what I was thinking when I looked at the picture, because I didn't note the big red band on the "fly" end of the flag. I just glanced at it and thought it was the Second National Confederate Flag. You can still buy these flags, and to get a good one, make sure it isn't painted on, but sewed on stars, and sewed together. That is a true flag. Painted Flags are OK, but to me aren't very real.
