Greetings! I am looking for information on the May 27, 1862, battle of Hanover Court House/Slash Church, Virginia. The Confederates were commanded by Brig. Gen. Lawrence Branch and the Federals by Maj. Gen. Fitz John Porter. This is for a upcoming book on the battle.
