Hello, I was wondering if you could help us identify a certificate we have.Its printed by "Hoyer & Ludwig" in Richmond.Signed by "Ro Tyler" July 3rd,1862.Its hand numbered "30" in the amount of "$400.00" hand written in each top outside corners.This bond(?)is made out to an individual which had loaned the confeterate govenment money.Its in the act of
Aug,19,1861,but we havent been able to identify it from the internet.It has a ship in the center top like I've seen on others,but none of them has hand written amounts or have been hand numbered.We would truely appreciate your help if possible,Thanks,Russ Kesler(russellkesler@hotmail.com)
