... also, if you don't already have a photo, there's apparently a picture of the Colonel in an article in Military Images Magazine of Sep/Oct 1997, pp. 29-32. The story is called “My Darling Wife...Three Letters from the Colonel of the 15th Georgia”, and was edited by William Stier. I would think those letters might be good to read, too.
