Hello Johnny;
Well, his name is found in records with more than one spelling. Sometimes even his last name is spelled Colman.
He was named for his uncle, Bluford Coleman and on the old photos I used to have for him ( destroyed by flood now), his name is written as Bluford on the back....such odd and not so pretty names in some of my old families...oh well. His full name is Bluford Calhoun Coleman.
