I don't know if you are aware or not but Charles Jones Green in addition to being the brother of Lt. Colonel William James Green also of the 47th was also a first cousin of General Turner Ashby and Colonel John Shackleford Green, 6th Virginia Cavalry.
Might make a difference in the value of your piece.
It sure is a shame that it can't be at VMI!
