Let me suggest that you check with the people at the National Park Service at Chimborazo, which is I understand the clearing house for information on WBTS hospitals. I have a number and address for them somewhere, but can't find it now -- it'll hit me in the face soon. Try information in Richmond and they should be able to direct you through.
