Update - as best as I can tell, Wade's Depot is now the community of Wadesville, in Clarke County. It fits with evidence of the location of the depot, being on the Winchester - Potomac Railroad and on the Opequon Creek. Still unable to locate a battle summery for either Wade's Depot or Wadesville. Did find a wartime map showing Wadesville.
