My 4th great grandfather is James R White. I just recently learned that he served in the Confederate Army. I am looking for more information on him and was wonderi g if anyone here could help me. All I can find so far is that he was a Private in the 30th Battalion Virginia Sharpshooters. Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.
