Ludwell Lee is the brother of my gg grandfather, Christopher Lee, who was a shoemaker in Boyce, Clarke County, VA

Several sites have Christopher died in 1863 of pneumonia while in the army.

He is not listed as either a member of the 39th Cavalry Battalion or the Stonewall Jackson Brigade.

I had hoped that he was in the 39th with his brother, but he is not listed .
