Residence was not listed;
Enlisted on 3/19/1862 at Tatum's Store as a Private.
On 3/19/1862 he mustered into "H" Co. VA 42nd Infantry
He died of disease on 6/7/1862 at Charlottesville, VA Hospital
(Died of tuberculosis of typhoid fever)
* Hospitalized 5/27/1862 Charlottesville, VA (With chronic bronchitis)
